We are looking for Assistant Sales Manager for Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau, the key responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • To solicit group business.
  • Establish priority accounts, evaluate new accounts, decide mailing list for direct-mail programmes and inform the hotel of VIP’s planning/site inspection.
  • Develop an active personal sales programme for direct solicitation of FIT and MICE business and cultivate customer relationships.
  • Generate new business, maintain existing accounts within the assigned territory and send referrals.
  • Develop and execute local sales campaigns.
  • To achieve goals, plans and budgets established for his/her department in cooperation with the management.
  • Participate in community and industry activities that may benefit the hotel and the profession.
  • Obtain market information from both clients and competitors.
  • Prepare sales call report and update Delphi system after conducting sales calls.
  • Attend trade show and sales campaigns.
  • Keep clients informed of the latest development of the hotel.
  • Maintain personal, public and corporate relations with clients through active participating in professional associations and clubs.
  • Entertain regular and potential clients and their visiting VIPs.
  • Plan and initiate marketing programmes with strategic partners where necessary.
  • Plan and conduct regular activities to boost the hotel’s team building business.
  • Call regularly on potential clients and ensure they are satisfied and keep aware their latest planning.
  • Ensure arrangements are in order for the client’s visiting VIPs.
  • Follow up telephone and written enquiries.
  • Perform special assignments delegated by Area Director of Sales and Marketing.
