Our client is one of the leading global companies in Macau, they are now seeking for a Human Resources Manager to join them. Responsibilities: Provide full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations and day-to-day operation. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Consolidate & analyze HR data and reports. Monitor staff performance and build up relationship. Strengthen communication channels and facilitate learning activities to foster a positive working environment and drive employee engagement Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial level. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of local Labour Law is desirable. Excellent communication skills. Able to work under pressure and with positive attitude towards changes & challenges. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
