職位要求: |
To assist the Operations Manager to plan, implement, monitor and control the performance of security personnel for the assigned site, including but not limited to motivation, appearance, attendance, job knowledge / Training, complaint handling, labor force disputes and all related matters, to ensure a professional standard of service delivery is maintained. 協助規劃、實施、監控和協助指定現場安保人員的績效,包括出勤、工作知識/培訓、投訴處理、勞動爭議和所有其他相關事項,以確保服務水準得到維護 To act as a representative of the company to liaise with clients in order to build and improve relationships, to ensure that service standards are consistent with customer’s expectation 與客戶聯繫,以建立和改善關係,確保服務標準符合客戶的期望 To clearly communicate between clients and appropriate company personnel to satisfy client requests and therefore display a high degree of perceived customer service. 明確客戶與公司相關人員之間的溝通,以滿足客戶的要求,從而表現出高度的客戶服務 To perform any other duties assigned from time to time. 執行不時分配的其他職責
Qualifications 條件要求 Secondary school graduate or above 中學畢業或以上學歷 At least 2 years or above related working experiences 至少 2 年或以上相關工作經驗 Good oral and written communication skills include English, Cantonese and Mandarin 良好的中英文溝溝能力 Good communications skills, flexibility and adaptability 善於與別人溝通,俱良好的適應力及靈活性 Organizational skills and the ability to multitask 善於組織及同時處理多項工作 The ability to be proactive and take the initiative 主動積極
