月薪 Salary:$26,000 - $35,000
主廚的⼯作多變,包括但不限於:
• Controlling and directing the food preparation process
監控和指導食物的製備過程
• Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
檢查每道菜品均達到品質要求
• Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
對各級廚師進⾏⼯作分配
• Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and
quality
確保餐廳菜餚的種類及質量,持續創新和改良菜單及食譜
• Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
確定食材的庫存、需求和訂購
• Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including
sanitary and food safety guidelines
監督和確保廚房符合所有規程如衛⽣和食品安全準則
• Being responsible for health and safety
負責確保食品安全及健康
• Being responsible for food hygiene practices
負責執行食品衛生規範
