Job Responsibility :

• Set up, maintain and update integrated management system of the company (quality, environment, occupational health & safety, energy management)

• Assist and provide relevant technical supports to other departments if needed

• Investigate near-miss and accident cases, determine appropriate follow-up measures, review and evaluation the effectiveness of the measures

• Periodic site inspection and report with respect to the requirements of integrated management system

• Set up relevant document, maintain and update accordingly

• Participate and complete relevant trainings provided by company in accordance with schedule

Job Requirements :

• Degree holder of Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification is preferrable

• Fresh grad is welcome, but having experience in plant, fleet, team management or other relevant experiences will be better

• Self-motivated, responsible, observant and thoughtful, able to work independently

• Holder of light vehicle or motorcycle driver license(s) is preferrable

• Good at common office software for word processing, spreadsheet, etc. (e.g. MS Office)

• Good communication skills, in both oral and written English and Chinese
