Job Responsibilities:To ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing excellent service in a professional manner.
Prepare the Bar for Service and check the Bar Equipment to carry our smooth daily operations.
Check the stock levels of bar supplies to see if adequate regularly.
Advise guests on beverages with a high level of understanding and knowledge of cocktail, wine, coffee and other non-alcoholic products.
Participate into the creation of new cocktails and the sourcing of new products.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years related experience in a luxury hotel or relevant industry.
Fluent in both English and Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
Pleasant, courteous, honest, hardworking.
