RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise office staff and chain stores to ensure the retail operation are well performed in accordance with schedule and standard
Manage and monitor daily store workflow with close collaboration with operations
Prepare retail strategy planning and monitor new store opening
Formulate retail business plan and report to Top Management to drive productivity improvement, customer service & revenue growth
Monitor and take steps to optimize KPIs related to sales, revenue and staff cost
Maintain store operations standard & procedures in compliance to Company policy and set up infrastructure for retail operations
Keep updated retail trends for continual feedback and improvement
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree education or above
At least 8-10 years' retail management experience for international brands in management level
A self-motivated individual with excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, strategic planning and staff development are essential
Strong knowledge in Luxury Retail, Supply Chain, Sourcing and Manufacturing industries
Excellent communicator with both upwards with top management and downwards with frontline staff
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
To be stationed in Macao
