職位要求: |
- Work closely with our Overseas Service landing teams to provide services to our clients, including but not limited to HRMS, payroll outsourcing solutions, talent acquisition, training and HR consulting project, employee outsourcing services, expatriate management services, etc.
• Direct the payroll function from start to finish including payroll entry, systems design, and the establishment and review of payroll policies and controls to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient payroll operation
• Manage, train and coach a small payroll team to ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and deliver within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislations
• Provide human capital management advisory services to the clients, including but not limited to:-
- Provide guidance and ensure client’s HR policies and practices are in compliance with the local labour law and other related rules and regulations
- Conduct HR related analysis, develop reports and present insights to clients when needed
• Be a professional consultant to build and lead the team to handle all employment and training visa applications and extensions for our client
• Partner with Project and R&D team internally to enhance and test of our HRMS products, and to work together on HRMS integration and services delivery for clients in a professional and prudent manner
• Act as the key account manager for client communication, quotation preparation and client meetings
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

• Well versed in local labour law and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and multi-stakeholders/clients management skills
• Client service centric mind-set
• Independent and detail orientated, able to work in fast –paced environment
• Ability to perform under pressure and limited time and resources
• Responsive and deadline oriented with a sense of urgency
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to build effective client relationships
• Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Has a proactive approach and is able to influence the key decision makers
Relevant Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource or any relevant field
• At least 7 years relevant working experience as in HR Generalist or HR Consultant is required
• Has exposure in employee retention, labour relation, organizational effectiveness in an organization
• Hands-on experience in payroll, C&B and client servicing experience for MNC
• Proficient in MS office
• Experienced of using Workday or related HR system is advantageous
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
