職位內容
- Reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for servicing the equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose system problems in minimal time and make repairs
• Making recommendations for improving the service, reliability, and performance of equipment
• Keep customer and customer service manager apprised of progress during remedial maintenance of down system
• Pre-site planning
• Escalate technical problems by seeking timely advice or assistance when required
• Handle customers in a professional manner
• Document system problems by keeping a customer log
• Submit appropriate spare parts paperwork weekly
• Spare parts annual inventory variance should be 5% or less
• Installs machines, ECN and upgrades, may require technical assistance on unusual or complex software or hardware upgrades

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic, or equivalent.
• Good communication skills & organizational skills
• Flexibility
• Hands on and willing to get dirty and do light to medium mechanical works
• Relevant experience in cash processing environment is an advantage
