Buffalo Macau Limited is excited to launch a new restaurant concept in Barra, Macau,
where you will get a chance to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the setting up of

creating an unique experience for our customers - we want you! Responsibilities:
• Content development and copywriting for the company and its portfolio brands
- Marketing campaigns
- Website – to develop SEO friendly content
- OTAs and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram etc
- Conceptualize, produce and edit on-brand creative print and digital design assets
for full-scale campaigns, corporate brochures, EDMs, promotional flyers, brand
posters, factsheets etc
- Print collaterals for use within restaurant
– events updates, announcements etc
- Press releases and media relation
- Internal communication materials
• Manage reviews and queries on online mediums (Food Delivery Sites, Social Media
platforms etc) and ensuring that feedbacks are addressed in accordance to the
respective brands’ identity and tone of voice.
• Assist in the development and drive 360 integrated marketing and brand
communications campaigns
• Increase consumer engagement on social media platforms, perform analysis of
earlier posts and creating artworks etc
• Identify and liaise with external parties (e.g. bloggers) for outreach programmes
• Assist in development of customer loyalty/customer relations programme
• Create work that is impactful and relevant to the overall brand strategy
• Play a key role in the design and production process, working with external vendors
and internal partners such as photographers, printers, UX developers and more
• Handle sponsorship request
• To conduct market research when required
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
specialism
• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong command of any
Asian language skills is preferred
• Knowledge of F&B marketing trends
• Creative thinker with excellent content generation skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with emphasis on
collective and collaborative teamwork across divisions
• Motivated self-starter who can work well both independently and within a team
• Detail oriented, Organized, Innovative, Flexible, Willing to explore new ideas and
ways of doing things
• Experience in Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (include
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
