物流操作部經理
(Logistics Manager – Operation)
Responsibilities :
Lead a team of staff to plan, execute and monitor third-party Logistics Solutions to clients, covering international freight forwarding, warehouse to local transportation
Coordinate with Warehouse and Transportation teams to ensure effective execution of logistics operation as planned
Maintain effective communications with subordinates, other offices and the clients’ logistics team
Manage the operation to meet or exceed minimum performance requirements agreed with the customer
Implement new operations for the customer as required to accommodate growth and changing business requirements, e.g. site selection, equipment installation, staff recruitment & training, etc.
Propose, devise and develop continuous improvement initiatives to benefit both the clients and company
Responsible for budgeting and managing the operation within budget
Prepare monthly P&L and key KPI analysis with justifications and present to Leadership Team
Requirements :
Degree holder in Logistics Management or Business Management or above
Minimum 7 years relevant experience in managing international logistics operations, with 4 years’ experience in supervisory/management role
Knowledge of airfreight and ocean freight is a must
Sound IT knowledge in supply chain solutions is desired
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Possess core competences including leadership, managing change, target and result focus, entrepreneurial responsibility and team steering
Innovative, assertive, customer-oriented and analytical
Work location: Macau with housing package provided
Candidates with less relevant experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
