System Engineer

Requirement: 

Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering， computer Engineering or related fields

At least 5 years of work related experience

Relevant experience in Electronic / Security /Surveillance Systems is preferred.

Proficient in MS project

Good knowledge on Microsoft AD ， exchange /VMware /Backup

Customer oriented; good trouble shooting and communication skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Macau resident only

Job Description: 

Establishing infrastructure environment by designing System configuration， directing  installing defining documenting and enforcing system standards

Design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of customer 's  infrastructure environment

Collaborating with architects /supervisors on infrastructure optimization

Perform maintenance and system upgrades including service packs， patches， hot  fixes and security configuration

Security infrastructure systems by establishing and enforcing policies， and defining and monitoring access

Coordinated with vendors/customers for project implementation and technical  support

Willing to work under pressure and perform emergency support after office hours

Responsible for customer complaints handling and problem solving
