Key Responsibilities:
-Provide full spectrum of professional administrative support to the senior management;
-Arrange meetings, business trips & appointment schedule for management;
-Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents, reports and correspondence;
-Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
-Plan and liaise with relevant parties for all personal and social functions;
-Handle personal matters assigned by management;
-Ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.


Requirements：
-Bachelor Degree or above, prior secretarial training would be an advantage;
-Minimum 5 years secretarial experience, experience in serving senior executive would be an advantage;
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese(including both Cantonese and Mandarin);
-Proficient in Microsoft Office;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-Mature, self- motivated, detailed oriented and well organized;
-High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality;
-Able to work independent with tight deadline.
