- Responsibilities
Formulate development strategies, business positioning and develop operational models strategies for e-commerce platforms;
Continue to expand the company's current point-based payment system business;
Base on Fintech (financial technology) as the development direction to build virtual and physical card payment certification;
Implement Fintech business innovation projects or initiatives;
Collaborate with various functions and departments or external business partner to drive digital service development, implementation, and business result delivery;
Responsible for smoothly handling existing e-commerce projects;
According to Business Goal Setting, decide monthly and annual sales targets, determine various operational indicators and achievement plans;
Adjust and optimize the operational plan in a timely manner by analyzing the various data obtained from e-commerce platforms;
Pay attention to industrial trends, be familiarized with e-commerce platforms, e-payment methods and accurately collect industrial requirements;
Channel correct information with internal Business development, Customer Service and Information Technology teams to enhance customer experience and customer segment coverage;
Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability;
Responsible for supervising and building of the company's internal transactional risk;

- Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in E-commerce, Finance or equivalent;
Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services and/or Fintech related industries
Solid experience in driving implementation of innovation or new business initiatives
Having good track record in driving implementation of new product, service or operating of e-commerce/online business development;
Able to drive projects independently and under pressure;
Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, risk assessment and business development;
Have leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively to different level of staff in order to achieve organizational goals;
Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach and guide team members and develop high performance teams;
Strong communication skills and being a passionate communicator
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
