Job Description:

• To be responsible for compiling, consolidation and documenting of business requirements from Gaming Operation and / or non-gaming Back Of House supporting departments and oversee the sourcing and procurement of application and system solutions from external vendors or the internal Application Services group to satisfy such requirements in a timely and cost effective manner with assistance of his / her supervisor when necessary
• To ensure business requirements from user departments are satisfied by IT application system solutions and services procured and delivered on time and commercially justified, meeting operational performance levels agreed, and able to bring in real business benefits to the company as a whole with assistance from his / her supervisor when necessary
• To act in account manager role to the assigned user department(s) responsible for account management services and work with his / her supervisor to assure users are satisfied with IT services delivered
• To act as Project Manager in accordance with PMO standard guidelines and practices as assigned by the ITD and to perform all duties in accordance with SJM approved policies and within the realm of the SJM vision, mission and values
• Act as Account Manager to deliver account management services of the assigned user departments and communicate clearly via regular report and status update meeting on the progress of services and projects to internal and external stakeholders. Seek assistance from his / her supervisor to perform following tasks when necessary
• To explore, evaluate and introduce potential valuable IT solutions, products and services available in the market for users management’s consideration
• Work with different Gaming and / or ITD support teams in business requirement generation and solution procurement in accordance with Gaming and / or BOH Operations business objectives and requirements
• Coordinate activities of Project Manager, Business Support Manager and peer group team members engaged in Gaming and / or BOH projects
• Previous IT project management experience in gaming industry with subject expert in casino gaming applications, such as Casino Management System, Cage & Treasury System, Gaming CRM System, etc is preferable. Associated business processes, exposure and good understanding of Operations Support Systems in a large casino are also desirable
• Identify and manage critical risks, issues, and changes and ensure timely resolution to avoid negative ‎impacts on the projects
• Handle and report any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner. Coordinate the resolution of cross-project issues and interdependencies. Perform vendor management effectively achieving expected result from vendor
• Ensure Effective Coordination and Communication, such as providing standard templates and tools to all projects to ensure consistent reporting of project progress status and to ‎facilitate decision making
• Able to work with his / her supervisor to fulfill and achieve PMO’s role and responsibilities

Job Requirement:

• College Degree holder in Computer Science, Business or Information Technology related fields a minimum. Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus
• Minimum 5 - 7 years in IT business analysis and / or system development with demonstrating at least 3 years experience of account management or project management in a supervisory / managerial role of large IT projects in a sizable enterprise or casino
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior manager position
• Strong and wide knowledge in PMI project management standards and terminologies with PMP and / or HKITPC Certificate is a plus
