| 職位要求： |
- Deliver the targeted financial results
- Seek business opportunities through promoting Honeywell solutions to the customers, to pursue variation orders
- Design and develop system program
- Analyze and identify the root cause(s) of the problems and develop alternatives
- Participate progress review meetings and technical review meetings
- Develop project schedule
- Monitor site works / progress / completion schedule and control budget
- Plan the site required resources, such as, manpower, materials delivery and tools
- Liaise / negotiate with the customers' representatives on the technical aspect of the job and its progress
- Negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors on the quotations of project works
- Plan, organize and deliver technical trainings to both in-house employees and the customers
- Investigate the health and safety risks of the servicing works and execute corrective action to ensure a safety and healthy working environment is provided
Position Requirements
- Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Electrical Installation and Building Service Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years hands-on experience and strong knowledge on Honeywell system / products or similar in the industry, such as, Building Management System. Surveillance CCTV System, Security System, Automatic Fire Alarm System, Central Control and Monitoring System
- Proven track record on project management with minimum 7 years experience
- Proven track record in managing and supervising large scale projects in the related field
- Strong communication skill in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- A good team player
- Strong ability to lead a diverse professional team
- Good planning and organizing works ability
- Good site co-ordination skill with sub-contractors
- Good customer service orientation
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong delegation skill and ability
