OPPORTUNITIES
Responsibilities:
• Handle full spectrum duties within the recruitment
cycle including but not limited to posting job advertisements, screening
resumes, arranging interviews or tests, vetting candidates’ information,
proposing offers, coordinating on-boarding procedures, etc. • Work closely
with Business Units to understand their recruitment and staffing
needs
Requirements:
• Degree holder with major in HRM, psychology or IT related
subject • Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience • Fast
learner with good communications skills and pleasant character • Good excel
knowledge and detail-minded • Proficient in both spoken and written English
and Chinese
**Fresh graduate from recognized university with
a passion to develop a career in the banking HR field will also be
considered.
