Position:Purchaser Department:Finance
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders and procurement flow;
- Source competitively priced quotes for stock supply;
- Place purchase order and arrange delivery schedule with suppliers as well as receive goods;
- Liaise with internal customers and external suppliers;
- Manage and review all purchasing documents including quotations, orders and contracts;
- Ad hoc jobs and tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- University degree holder;
- At least 1 year working experience in purchasing;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work on your own initiative and operate competently with minimum supervision;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Solid skills in Word & Excel.
