職位要求: |
Job Responsibilities: • Report to Hong Kong management in development and
administration of staffing, compensation plans and procedures • Develop,
maintain and implement HRIS across all departments/locations • Review and
maintain policies and procedures • Prepare budget by department • Track
key HR metrics inclusive of cost per hire and retention rates • Measure the
effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend
improvements
Requirements • Degree or Diploma holder of HRM,
Statistics, Finance or related disciplines • 6 years HR generalist inclusive
of 3 years in managerial level • Good knowledge of labor legislation skills
• Good interpersonal skills and self-driven
