職位要求: |
Key Responsibilities: Assist General Manager on full secretarial and administrative support including appointment scheduling and diary management Work closely with internal and external parties for meeting arrangements Responsible for travel arrangement including hotel accommodation and flight booking for General Manager Prepare monthly reports, meeting materials, etc in a timely manner Take up whole company’s procurement duties e.g., stationary, equipment and materials etc. Responsible for the transportation arrangement for internal staff Liaise and negotiate contracts with venders Ad hoc projects as assigned by Assistant Human Resources Manager and General Manager
Requirements: University Graduate At least 3 years work experience in secretarial duty Excellent communication & written skills in English and Chinese Macau ID card holder A team-player with pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
