Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to lead the internal audit team
- Perform operation reviews on group companies for identification of business risks
- Assessment of operational efficiency and adequacy of management control systems
- Manage and ssupervise internal audit assignment throughout planning, field work and reporting and prepare internal audit reports
- Liaise extensively with senior management of division and business units in reviewing and developing internal control systems, policies and procedures
- Review compliance of operating entities in accordance with related HKSE Listing Rules requirement
- Advise on the implementation of necessary steps or systems for enhancing operational and financial control; and assist in the implementation works for such procedures and systems, if required
- Undertaking special reviews and handle ad hoc assignments as required by management

Job Requirements:
- Degree holders in accounting, finance, business or related disciplines with a recognized accounting or internal auditing professional qualification
- With a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in hospitality/property development company and/or the Big 4
- Sound knowledge of operation, system and internal controls, risk management, and audit of compliance functions
- Familiar with accounting, taxation, regulations and operations
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Be proactive, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, with strong analytical skills and be able to work independently in a team environment
- Based in Macau and willing to travel to overseas on occasional basis
- Candidate with more relevant experiences will be considered as Assistant Internal Audit Manager
