Position
Summary
Sales Representative’s main responsibility is
to assist Sales Manager in cultivating & maintaining relationship, expanding
market share for global business opportunity. Other responsibilities include but
not limited to ensure exceptional services have been delivered by the team,
meeting business target, and other tasks.
Primary
Responsibilities
- To serve existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by
planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential
customers.
- To achieve sales target balanced with quality customer service.
- Obtain feedback from customers about the quotation in order to increase the
possibilityof success.
- Deliver sample to customer and obtain feedback/approval.
- Follow up Purchase Order and ensure it can be delivered on time.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing
solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such
as daily status reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory
analyses.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer
sales.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
participating in professional societies.
- Perform any special assignment as directed by
management.
Key
Requirements
- Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant experience is preferred
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin. Able to speak and write in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work well with personnel at
various levels
- Able to multi-task with good composure under pressure
- Energetic, resourceful and proactive team member
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional in appearance, demeanor and language
- Proficient in using MS tools, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
