Responsibilities:

• Perform IVS Account maintenance in Securities Management System (SMS) and authorize new PIN in Share Pin System
• Maintain credit facilities for Share Financing Account in SMS and monitor the relevant line excess approvals
• Check and release the outgoing S.W.I.F.T. message to the receiver bank
• Maintain initial Public Offer (IPO) in IPO System and perform relevant money settlement and refund
• Ensure all settlement documents and reports are checked and signed with proper follow-up actions taken as required
• Perform Data Quality related tasks
• Authorize corporate actions in SMS
• Handle screening hits in anti-money laundering system
• Perform due diligence on correspondent banks
• Assist Department Head in daily operations as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• 5 years of banking experience
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
