| 職位要求： |
Responsibilities:
Review update the health and safety plan and associated procedures / guidelines
Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual and company health & safety requirements
Plan, implement, supervise and monitor the health and safety policies and programmes
Conduct regular health and safety audit / inspection for office and site to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement appropriate action according to the required standards
Responsible for handling incident, investigation and provide recommendations for improvement
Provide specialist advice and technical supports in Health and Safety functions across the project
Provide in-house Health and Safety related trainings,
Manage and devise the agenda for the Health and Safety Committee Meeting and review the follow up actions with representatives
Keep up to date with the relevant Health and Safety related work legislation
Qualifications & Experience required:
Degree in Engineering, Safety Management or equivalent
15 years of experience in implementation of Environment, Health & Safety Management System and preferably in engineering and with profound knowledge and experience in safety
Experience with safety inspection / auditing with construction / building projects
Familiar with ISO 9001/14001 and OHSAS18001 audits with corporate systems
Familiar with Macao local safety law
Proficient in PC skills including MS Office
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese and Putonghua is an advantage
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager/Senior Officer.
