- An in-depth understanding and experience of the operations of a Customer Care Division, Social Media campaign & strategies
- Good understanding of Social Media Channels 
- A minimum of one year relevant work experience in the marketing, customer care area OR in aviation sector
- Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills 
- Diploma/Degree required. Preferred in Marketing /Multimedia / Mass Communication/PR
- Good analytical skills as well as an innovative mind 
- Willing to work on weekends, push content/ cover events (should the need arise)
- Must be a strong team player but able to work independently

Your responsibilities:
- Covers AirAsia related or relevant events 
- Works with team to populate calendar with content
- Develops effective mediums for communication of message
- Creates an equal balance of rich content and marketing information
- Operates daily customer service & interaction
- Monitors tools and engagement
- Helps with Social Media platform expansion and developments
- Governs approach, language, method and timing for Social Media posts
- Reports on weekly Fans’ sentiments, feedback or required review of complaints
- Employs benchmarking tools for crowdsourcing and community management
- Contributes to ideas on marketing campaigns & development of consumer policy
- Employs marketing tools usage such as SEM, SEO, Marketing Platforms
- Works together closely with Digital Marketing & Marketing teams
- Handles projects to provide maximum results and meet ROI/KPI
