| 職位要求： |
1. Responsible / Accountable:
• Manage and supervise the Aquatics department. This includes staff performance evaluation reviews, hiring of new employees, managing budgets, capital expense projections, and risk assessment registries.
• Maintain safe and consistent standard operating procedures for all underwater systems, equipment and dive practices in the The House of Dancing Water Theatre.
• Regularly revise and update all departmental documentation including as-built schematics, structural drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals.
• Supervise all other technical and artistic department’s aquatic related activities within the The House of Dancing Water Theatre.
• Supervise the Aquatics department during the installation of new aquatic show elements, creation sessions, or alterations to the show. Programme and document the creation of all aquatic cues, including any additions or alterations to the Aquatics Show Caller’s Script.
• Ensure adequate supervision of all water-related activities whenever the pool is occupied.
• Provide, schedule, and maintain all SCUBA training documentation.
• Provide water safety and lifesaving training to relevant staff.
• Educate all departments on DCS prevention in their dive activities.
• Maintain a formalized training program for all aquatics maintenance and show positions.
• Maintain an adequate show cue track coverage plan.
• Maintain schedules and documentation for pool system maintenance and inspections in coordination with the head of each individual technical department and in agreement with the Resident Technical Manager.
• Develop contingency strategies for any potential aquatic department system failure during rehearsals, trainings , and performances. Develop and maintain redundancy for all aquatic systems in and throughout the theatre.
• Oversee the Aquatic’s maintenance department, scheduled maintenance, condition based maintenance, and repairs of all aquatic show equipment.
• Create relationships of trust with all artist and technicians. Train them in the safe use of the aquatic equipment and the underwater environment.
• Facilitate the training of all emergency protocols and training plans for all aquatic systems and personnel in the water. This includes coordinating these protocols and procedures with the Technical Department and Stage Management.
• Maintain communication with all of the aquatics systems vendors and manufactures for updates, spares, and necessary service calls.
• Coordinate with artistic and technical departments for the scheduling of all trainings, rehearsals and performances.
• Maintain a safe working environment by conforming to all established safety policies and procedures in the theatre, as well as participating in all required safety classes and emergency rescue procedures and scenarios.
• Create and maintain a flexible schedule with your staff to provide adequate coverage for special events, dark periods, rehearsals, training, maintenance and evening show performances.
• Evolve aquatic rescue protocols within the department and ensure the training of the team and performers in these protocols.
• Within the entire Technical team, evolve safety programmes.
• Adhere to and promote all OSHA/IOSH regulations as they pertain to the safe operation of all elements related to maintenance and operations.
• With the entire Technical Team, establish emergency procedures for show systems, and personnel safety and rescue. Ensure the Aquatics Team is trained and rehearsed in these procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.
2. Qualifications:
Education
• Professional Scuba Diver with current and appropriate level of training for the responsibilities.
• College or vocational schooling degree in a related Field
Experience
• 5 to 10 Years experience in professional diving and a demonstrated success in a leadership position.
Other Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suites.
• Knowledge of pool environments, oxygen/nitrox tank compressors, SCUBA equipment etc.
• Experience using a computerized maintenance manamgent system or any other type of work order based preventive maintenance database system.
• Ability to lead a large department, while working under pressure.
• Fluent in English is an essential.
