職位要求: |
Job Responsibilities: - Assist to handle for lease and tenancy management - Assist to prepare the documentation for sales transaction - Provide full administrative support to the team and department - Generate reports on portfolio performance - Assist to manage day-to-day ad hoc leasing matters - Handle other ad hoc tasks and participate in special assigned projects whenever necessary
Job Requirements: - Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration or property related disciplines - At least 2 years working experience in administrative / clerical position or in property industry is highly preferred - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing) - Candidate with less experience but has good learning attitude will also be considered
