Major Areas of Responsibility
- Deliver planned financial performance, drive zero deviation strategies, execute project efficiency, develop skills and information and management discipline necessary to deliver projects in a timely manner at planned gross margin leveraging tools, process and best practices
- Ensure delivery of agreed services to customers on time, within scope, and within budget
- Ensure Account Management principals are exercised leading to retention and additional business from service base customers
- Lead the implementation of productivity, change management and growth initiatives
- Drive and manage high profitability growth
- Develop change and control strategies that enable Project Managers and Engineers to rapidly adhere to core processes & tool utilization.
- Seek business opportunities to achieve booking targets
- Actively support the implementation and compliance of productivity enhancing processes related to delivery, taking ownership to implant these in his or her own scope of responsibility.
- Develop new system/process requirements, existing tool enhancements and process changes to optimize system/process or tool utilization.
- Manage numbers of highly complex and large scale projects simultaneously
- Build partnering relationships with key vendors, consultants, integrators to leverage commercial opportunities
- Provide feedback and coaching on team members' performance and development plan
Position Requirements
- Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 20 years hands-on experience and strong knowledge on Honeywell system / products or similar in the industry, such as, Building Management System. Security System, Surveillance CCTV System, Automatic Fire Alarm System, Central Control and Monitoring System, HVAC
- Proven track record on project management with minimum 10 years experience
- Proven track record in managing and supervising highly complex and large scale projects in the related field
- Proven track record in managing service and project teams in the related field
- Strong communication skill in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- A good team player
- Good planning and organizing works ability
- Strong ability to lead a sizable and diverse professional team
- Good site co-ordination skill with sub-contractors
- Strong delegation skill and ability
- Good customer service orientation
- Good problem-solving skills
