Job Duty:
• Work closely with all colleagues to ensure recognitions are met for our guests. Input and update guests’ profiles and preferences at all times.
• Organize and provide training to the Front Office team members when required.
• Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Personally handle guest issues, special request and ensure our guests have an impeccable experience.
• Assist in follow-up of all guest incident and record in system.
• Prepare and run daily front office operations reports and check lists.
Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Hospitality or Tourism
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• A minimum of 3 years relative managerial experience in Hotel Front Office
• Solid working knowledge of front office operation
• Ability to handle critical incidents and problem solving
• A team player with effective leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
