Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of finance and accounting of group companies engaged in luxury and multi-franchise motors businesses in Macau
• Lead a small finance team to ensure proper book-keeping and timely completion of monthly group reporting
• Support the operational units by providing financial and business analysis for business decisions and value-added initiatives
• Prepare the annual budget and rolling forecast
• Co-ordinate and support the operational units with through ascertaining their needs and to recommend and solutions to business and financial problems
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines and statutory requirements
• Enhance internal controls relating to the finance and accounting functions and business operations
• Liaise with the external auditors for the statutory audit and group reporting for Macau business units
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance or accounting discipline
• Qualified CPA or equivalent internationally recognized accounting qualification
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in accounting and/or auditing field with some managerial experience
• Group reporting experience in matrix organization or experience in motor industry would be a definite advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical mind and good problem-solving skills
• Willing to take challenges and able to multitask in fast paced environment
