- Responsible and ensuring the management of VIP clients by creating and
monitoring client development campaigns so as to increase client loyalty,
especially local clientele;
- Create network and develop clientele profile as
well as proposing, validating and organizing local events and work on getting
external clients through business partners;
- Maximizing sales by overseeing
and increasing cross selling as well as cross clientelling with the efficient
run of customer service;
- Provide and liaise with the training team in terms
of training of in store CDM Ambassadors;
- Provide operational tools to
support and assist Managers and in store CDM Ambassadors to ensure efficient run
of customer service;
