職位要求: |
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other IT initiatives where necessary - Handle inquiries and provide helpdesk support to users on hardware and software - Monitor and maintain smooth running of systems, server, network etc. - Install and configure computer systems and networks - Ensure the timely resolution of all incident and problem - Willing to work on shift duty or after office hour when necessary
Requirements: - Degree holder in IT or related discipline - Solid skills with windows server 2012, VM ware and Linux, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS - Holder of CCNA/MSCE is preferred - Experience in basic network administration & support - Strong problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, and able to work independently under a high pressure environment - Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and presentation skill - Fresh graduate will also be considered - Working experience in junket and/or casino will be an advantage - Immediate available is highly preferred
