職位要求: |
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Requirements:
- 2 or 3 years’ experience in related field or above.
- Working experience in managing A&A, renovation and fitting out works.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good PC knowledge of AutoCAD & MS office.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Preferred Macau ID holder.
- Stationed in Macau.
