職位要求: |
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Implement and
manage large scale projects.
- Develop and
monitor a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of projects
within time and monies allocated.
- Lead in the
selection and appointment of project consultants and contractors, as well
as coordinating and monitoring their work.
- Prepare
contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual
agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and
subcontractors.
- Knowledgeable
about authorities’ approvals and to work with consultants to secure all
necessary planning and technical clearances.
- Obtain all
necessary permits and licenses.
- Ensure Customer
agreement, sub-consultant agreement, construction contracts are in place.
- Ensure all
company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards are adhered
to. Interpret policies as required.
- Ensure that
execution and development of projects adhere to contractual obligations.
- Identify
potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and provide
appropriate solutions.
- Prepare regular
management reports on the progress of the projects and oversee quality
control throughout project’s life cycle.
Requirements:
- Recognised
Degree in Engineering, Business or related fields
- A minimum of
5-10 years' experience, preferably in the handling of large scale
contracts
- Possession of
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an advantage.
- Independent,
resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Team player with
strong communication and written skills.
