Job Description & Responsibility

  • Handling all-round receptionist general duties, including handling all incoming and outgoing calls, mails and deliveries; 
  • Greeting guests in a professional manner; 
  •  Maintaining the accuracy of visitors record coming in and out of the Firm;
  • Managing meeting room arrangement including refreshment, conference facilities and equipment;
  • Providing immediate support to internal/external customers, e.g. stationery supply/ photo copy;
  • Co-coordinating the environmental cleanliness & security of meeting rooms and reception area at all time;
  • Handing administration work and ad-hoc assignment. 

Requirements

  • Form 7 or above with at least 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in sizable company;
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills;
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Pleasant, mature, and well-organized.
