職位要求: |
Main Job Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries electronically - Direct customer requests & unresolved issues to the designated resource - Perform basic administrative duties - Project based tasks - Communicate & coordinate with other team members
Education & Experience : - High school diploma or above - Basic computer skills or above - Ability to understand and write excellent English
Key Competencies : - Communication skills - excellent English (reading & writing) - Problem-solving skills - Attention to detail & accuracy - Adaptability to change - Ability to work under pressure - Having interest in playing mobile games is a plus
