Main Responsibilities

• Assisting the bar manager with all bar operations
• Staff training
• Team building, staff discipline
• General admin of the bar department
• Weekly and monthly stock inventories
• Coordinating between bar manager and respective staff of the department
• Monitoring of all company policies and procedures
• Supervision and support of operations and staff within the department
• Client hosting and problem solving (guest complaints)
• Cash handling

Qualifications

• Work Experience
• 1+ years in a similar role and venue
• 3+ years working as a cocktail bartender or higher
• Experience in western countries is strongly preferred

Education Background

• College preferred but not required

Others

• Posses a good knowledge of spirits and wines
• Have great communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar programs
• Speak good English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
