澳門濠鏡煙草有限公司於2015年5月7日成立于澳門黑沙環建業工業大廈10層，註冊資本1000萬澳门元，總投資2000萬美元。公司擁有亞洲區域最先進的制絲線車間，擁有完整的制絲、卷接、包裝現代煙草工業體系和完善的傳統手工卷接車間。
Macau HaoJing Tobacco Co.,Ltd was set up on May 7th 2015 in Tower A, 10/F, Construction and Industrial Building, Avenida De Venceslau Morais 175-179, Macau. The registered capital is 10 million MOP and the actual registered capital was 20 million USD. At present, company owns the most advanced system of processing tobacco cut-rag in Asia, we respectively have warehouse, manufacturing and packaging workshop (including office) and cut-rag processing workshop.
公司目前擁有中國煙葉海外進口許可批准，擁有中國煙葉進出口權，是合法的中式卷煙系統內工廠。
Our company occupied the license of importing Chinese tobacco leaf, has the rights of importing and exporting tobacco, and is the legal factory with Chinese-Type tobacco system.
目前在澳門建業工業大廈2、10、11層分別建有標準煙葉倉庫、卷接包裝車間、研發中心、制絲車間和相關輔助辦公場地，一期工程年設計產能5萬大箱，2017年二期工程年設計產能20萬大箱。
At present, we respectively have warehouse, manufacturing and packaging workshop (including office) and cut-rag processing workshop at the floor of 2nd, 10th, 11th in the Construction and Industrial Buildings in Macau. The annual designing capacity is 50,000 cases in the first year, and in 2017, the second phase designing annual capacity 200,000 cases.
集團旗下自建有澳門濠鏡捲煙廠、阿布達比濠鏡煙草有限公司（2016年成立，面向中東及非洲市場），巴基斯坦濠鏡煙草有限公司、印尼濠鏡煙草有限公司、吉布地濠鏡煙草有限公司、荷蘭濠鏡煙草有限公司和拉托維亞濠鏡煙草有限公司（目前均在建設中，分別面向中亞、東南亞、中東、北歐和東歐市場供應產品）。
Besides, under the group, Abu Dabi HaoJing Tobacco Co.,LTD (was set up in 2016, main direction is to Middle East and African Market), PAK HaoJing Tobacco Co., LTD, Indonesia HaoJing Tobacco Co., LTD, Djibouti HaoJing Tobacco Co., LTD, Netherlands HaoJing Tobacco Co., LTD, and Lativia HaoJing Tobacco Co., LTD(are currently under preparation, respectively towards Middle Asia, South Asia, Middle East, North Europe and East Europe markets)
公司的發展規劃在全球建立6個中式捲煙工業基地、形成年產500萬大箱中式捲煙產能，成為中式烤煙產品全球主要供應力量。
In the future, our company plan to construct 6 Chinese-type Manufacturing Industrial Base in around the world, with the annual capacity of 3 million cases, who will take the place of Chinese cigarettes main power abroad except for China land area.
