Responsibilities:

The Retail Manager will effectively lead, develop and support the store teams to meet and / or exceed sales plans and business objectives. Also, he/ she will ensure operational procedures are managed in the highest standard.

Fiscal Accountability:

• Meet and exceed the sales plan
• Map out the annual sales plan for multiple stores, achieve the aggregated stores quarterly sales plan
• Guide the store teams on short term and long term sales action plan
• Lead the multiple stores to achieve the company’s direction and target on category sales

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years management experience in all rounded retail functions
• Be familiar with luxury/ upscale international brands
• Be creative and initiative, hard working
• Very organized with great attention to detail
• Commitment to excellence
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving ability
• Fluent of written and spoken English
• Enthusiasm and pleasant personality
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
• College graduation (MA or MS preferred)
