- Stationed in Macau.
- To interface directly with Corporate Customers for the technical services;
- To provide on-site installation and maintenance services for Data Networking;
- To provide technical support and training to front line engineers/contractors;
- To provide technical support services to potential customers, such as to setup equipment for demo, to assist the evaluation to equipment, systems;
- To liaise with internal departments, vendors, partners on resolving fault;
- To provide occasional scheduled / emergency overtime works outside normal office hours.
- To work in construction site on some occasions
The Person
- A degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer/Electronic Engineering with 2 years' relevant experience.
- Knowledge in ANY of the following areas:
- Security firewall;
- Network and Wireless (WIFI)
- Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure are important;
- A flexible attitude toward working outside normal office hours;
- Good customer skills to provide excellent service to our clients;
- Relevant certification is highly desirable, such as CCNP/CCNA Wireless or CWNA.
