Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance, software upgrades, installation and customer training of cash automation machines
• Gather machine information to monitor system performance
• Escalate technical issues and perform troubleshooting as advised
• Report to Line Manager for any system issues and feedback from customers
• Complete the assigned technical training for all machines (hardware, software, system included)

Requirement: 

• Macau ID cardholder only
• At least 1-year relevant experience; background with system support will be advantage
• Able to work at various customer sites (e.g. financial, gaming, retail, etc.)
• Self-disciplined and work with minimal supervision; a good team player
• Good command in MS Excel, PPT, Word

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday : 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
