Store Manager

Our client is a luxury fashion retail company. To cope with business development, they are currently seeking for high caliber to join their team.

Responsibility:

• Manage and oversee the daily store operation
• Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve the company's objectives and targets
• Manage inventory in optimum level and stockroom tidiness
• Identify and implement new initiatives for improving services standard

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' retail sales experience in luxury retailing with 2 years managerial level experience 
• Independent, good communication and analytic skills
• Strategic thinking and self-motivated
• Well organized, able to multi-task & work in a fast pace environment
• Proficient PC skills in MS Office
• Good command of English & Mandarin
