- Accept import bookings and ensure all system entry requirements are timely and accurately completed
- Ensure all tasks are completed according to SOP and KPIs
- Liaise with all parties to ensure unloading and import clearance tasks are completed on time
- Deliver the highest levels of customer experience with focus on service and retention
- Ensure data quality within internal systems
Your skills and experience
To be considered, you should have some understanding of airfreight import procedures and freight forwarding knowledge. You have good telephone skills and a customer-focused mindset.
