Job Responsibility:
· As Store in-charge to oversee the store operations, people management, and customer relationship management to maximise the store profitability and efficiency
· Motivate and encourage team members to achieve sales goals with actionable recommendations, and maintain teamwork and positive atmosphere
· Provide ongoing performance management, developing the team through coaching, mentoring, on-the-job development, and seizing appropriate developmental opportunities
· Assure proper brand image, merchandising and excellent customer service met the brand standards
· Review and prepare reports, analysis the performance results and develop strategies to ensure achievement of sales plans by building brand and category growth
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences, with solid management skills gained from luxury retail is preferred
· Proven people management experience in staff coaching and team management
· Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
· Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
· Self-motivated, result oriented and creative sales team leader

- 妥善處理客戶諮詢或投訴事宜,為客戶提供專業服務
- 協助分店與及辦公室各部門的合作,提高工作效率和專業銷售管理
要求:
- 3年或以上零售經驗,有管理經驗更佳
- 熟練使用MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 和中文文字處理
- 具領導管理才能、良好服務態度和溝通技巧
- 富責任感、熱誠有禮、著重團隊精神
- 流利廣東話,懂英語及國語更佳
