- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in related field; experience in medical industry is preferable;
- Ability to work independently and responsibly;
- Ability to handle multi-task projects and meet tight deadline;
- Being detail-oriented, motivated and a good team leader;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications;<
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
